• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting • Prepare tax documentation and ensure compliance with regulations • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow • Support general administrative tasks to facilitate efficient office operations • Generate and present financial reports to management • Stock control and correction. • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all business lines, and oversee all financial accounting. • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the MD; assess any changes necessary. • Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirem
Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables • Experience with general ledger functions • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to prioritize and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership to a team and to work in a team environment • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, confidentiality, and dedication to the mission of the organaization
Requirements & Skills
• bsc in accounting, finance or relevant degree • at least 2-3 years of overall professional experience
