Job Responsibilities: Manage and update inventory of laptops, accessories & gadgets Attend to customers online & in-store (WhatsApp, Jiji, walk-ins) Handle orders, sales records, and basic accounting Update product listings online (Jiji, WhatsApp, Instagram) Supervise store cleanliness and organization Assist with minor tech support and diagnostics (training available) Ensure a smooth day-to-day flow in the store

Responsibilities

Requirements: Computer literate (Word, Excel, online tools) Great communication skills (in person & online) Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable Experience in tech or retail is a big plus Social media & online sales experience is an advantage
