Key Responsibilities: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital). Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities. Greet visitors and direct them appropriately. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense reports. Support HR processes such as onboarding new employees. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements: proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an office administrator or secretary will be a plus. Preferred: degree or certification in business administration or related field. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
