Responsibilities: 1. HR Administration: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and benefits information. - Process employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status. - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. 2. Recruitment and Selection: - Assist with recruitment initiatives, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. - Ensure that recruitment processes are fair, transparent, and comply with relevant laws and regulations. 3. Employee Relations: - Provide HR support and guidance to employees, including advice on company policies, procedures, and benefits. - Assist with resolving employee conflicts and grievances. - Foster positive employee relations and promote a positive work environment. 4. Training and Development: - Assist with identifying training needs and developing training programs.
Responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.. Proficient in microsoft office, particularly excel, word, powerpoint and google suites.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor degree in employee relations, hnd, mba or cipm affiliation
