The Business Development & Admin Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing administrative functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage both business development initiatives and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management. Monitor and analyze business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Business Development & Admin Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and possibly CRM software. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
