Drive company revenue from ₦30 million to ₦500 million monthly through high-impact sales strategies. • Identify, pursue, and close large-scale B2B deals with farms, distributors, supermarkets, and institutions. • Develop and implement scalable sales plans and growth strategies across Nigeria and beyond. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value clients and partnerships. • Promote and sell poultry equipment, agro-machinery, and farm construction solutions. • Represent DEKORAJ at industry events, exhibitions, and strategic meetings. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute result-driven campaigns. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize offers. • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and sales reports to management. • Lead expansion into new territories and unlock untapped revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 3–7 years proven experience in business development, preferably in agriculture, construction, or equipment sales. • Strong knowledge or quick learning ability in poultry equipment, agro-machinery, and farm setup solutions. • Existing industry network with large farms, cooperatives, supermarkets, and agribusiness players. • Track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships. • Prior experience in the agriculture, agro-equipment, poultry, or construction industry is highly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM software, and proposal development. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
