We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Ajah, Lagos. This is a leadership role for a top performer with a proven track record of closing ₦300M+ deals, managing strategic client relationships, and leading sales teams to exceed performance benchmarks. What You’ll Be Doing: • Driving large-scale real estate transactions with high-value clients • Building a strategic sales pipeline and closing ₦300M+ deals • Managing and growing corporate, HNI, and diaspora client portfolios • Developing B2B partnerships and land banking initiatives • Leading junior sales reps and driving revenue goals • Using data, CRM tools, and digital acquisition strategies to scale performance
Responsibilities
✅ Minimum 6–10 years in real estate business development or high-performance sales ✅ Strong portfolio of ₦300M–₦500M+ closed deals ✅ Deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market — especially Lekki–Ajah–Epe corridor ✅ Proven leadership in client onboarding, project marketing & strategic partnerships ✅ Skilled in CRM platforms, performance forecasting & sales analytics ✅ Highly networked and confident in managing HNI/investor relationships
Requirements & Skills
1. Bsc/hnd in business administration or other related roles 2. Project management certification is a plus
