Strategic Leadership: * Develop and execute growth strategies focused on sales, marketing, and data analytics. * Work closely with the CEO to align initiatives with company goals. Dispute & Conflict Resolution: * Handle property sales disputes and client-related conflicts effectively. Financial & Operational Management: * Monitor performance metrics and ensure cost-effective operations. * Ensure compliance with company policies & regulations

Requirements & Skills
Educational Background: A degree or experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role with significant experience in sales, marketing, and business operations—ideally within the property or investment or similar sector Technical & Analytical Skills: Proven experience in leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to drive business performance and operational efficiency. Team & Executive Collaboration: Experience in managing large teams and working closely with executive leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
