1. Safe Transportation: - Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws. - Transport goods, staff, or equipment to designated locations on time. 2. Vehicle Maintenance: - Conduct daily vehicle inspections (oil, tire pressure, brakes, etc.). - Report any mechanical issues promptly. 3. Documentation: - Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel receipts. - Complete delivery paperwork, manifests, or timesheets as required. 4. Compliance: - Follow company policies and procedures regarding transportation and safety. - Adhere to driving regulations and hours-of-service requirements. 5. Customer Service: - Communicate professionally with Staff members, clients, and team members. 6. Route Planning: - Plan routes for timely inspections, avoiding traffic delays. 7. Emergency Handling: - Respond appropriately in case of breakdowns, accidents, or delays. - Notify supervisors immediately of any incidents.

Responsibilities

1. Driving Skills - Strong defensive driving abilities. - Competence in handling a variety of vehicle types (vans, trucks, etc.). 2. Time Management - Punctual and reliable. - Ability to meet delivery schedules and handle unexpected delays. 3. Navigation & Route Planning - Proficient in using GPS and reading maps. - Knowledge of efficient route planning and traffic avoidance. 4. Communication Skills - Professional and courteous with clients, dispatchers, and co-workers. - Ability to follow instructions and report incidents clearly. 5. Attention to Detail - Careful with delivery documentation, logs, and vehicle inspections. - Adheres strictly to safety rules and regulations. 6. Problem Solving - Able to handle breakdowns, route changes, or other issues calmly and effectively. 7. Customer Service - Friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with clients or partners. - Maintains a positive company image on the road and at delivery points.

Requirements & Skills

1. Qualifications - Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent - Additional training or vocational certification in driving or logistics 2. Driver’s License: - Must possess a valid driver’s license, with clean record no traffic or accidents. 3. Experience: - 1–3 years of professional driving experience (minimum). - Must drive Manual Engine. - Long-distance and/or local driving. 4. Physical & Medical Fitness: - Must pass a medical examination with certificate. - Ability to lift heavy loads, sit for long periods, and maintain physical stamina. 5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: - Must meet - local or national transport authority requirements - May require: - Background check. - Drug and alcohol screening. - Security clearance (for high-value or sensitive transport). 6. Technical & Operational Knowledge: - Proficient in using: - GPS and navigation tools. - Vehicle inspection checklists. - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure)
