Social Media Management: * Create and post engaging, on-brand content for the beauty store. * Research and implement online trends to boost visibility and engagement. * Reply to direct messages and emails, introducing new followers to the brand and sharing catalogs. * Interact with relevant pages and engage with potential clients to grow the online community. * Setup and manage ad campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Sales Platform Management: * Create, update and manage listings on platforms like Jumia, konga, and other market place. * Follow up with clients to ensure seamless transactions. * Monitor and track inventory, updating listings accordingly. Content creation: * Update all social Media Accounts * Edit videos and create visually appealing content tailored to the target audience for marketing purposes. Customer Relationship: * Respond promptly to inquiries * Build relationships with potential & existing clients.
