Cook Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is cooked properly, safely, and timely. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies. Kitchen Cleanliness Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area. Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Quality Control Taste and check food before serving to ensure consistency and quality. Ensure portion sizes and presentation are aligned with restaurant standards. Suggest improvements or new dishes based on customer preferences. Sales Responsibilities: Taking Orders Greet customers and take accurate food and drink orders. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items (e.g., drinks, desserts). Processing Payments Handle cash, POS systems Ensure customers are satisfied with their food and service Address complaints or escalate them when needed. Keep tables and customer areas clean and presentable.
