Requirements and Skills: Minimum of OND or culinary school certification + years of experience as a Chef or Head Chef Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to create menus and maintain food quality and consistency Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations Good budgeting and inventory management skills Creative and passionate about food presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Flexible, reliable, and able to handle pressure
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Minimum of OND or relevant culinary certification At least 3 years of proven experience as a chef or head chef in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety standards Ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively Skilled in menu creation, portion control, and cost management Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality Good communication and leadership abilities
