Customer Service Duties: • Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and complaints professionally. • Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently while maintaining accurate records. • Monitor customer feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Social Media Management Duties: • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). • Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, responding promptly and professionally. • Stay updated on trends and incorporate them into content to engage the target audience. • Collaborate with the management team to align social media efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar role. • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Basic knowledge of phones, gadgets, and tech products is a plus. • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of ond/hnd/bachelor’s degree • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or social media management. • experience in a tech or retail environment is an advantage.
