Responsibilities
Communication Customer service representatives should be able to communicate clearly with customers both orally and in writing. Self-control Customer service representatives should show respect to customers and not rudely try to prove a point. Product knowledge Customer service representatives should know their company's products or services inside and out so they can provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Time management Good time management ensures that all customers feel valued and heard. Proactive Customers want companies to be proactive in reaching out to them.
