Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and goods to specified locations. Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Ensure that packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including recipient details and time of delivery. Keep the motorcycle in good working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly. Communicate with the office team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road. Follow all traffic laws and ensure the safety of the public while on duty. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and adhering to delivery schedules. Perform other duties as required by management, such as running errands or making pickups on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

2 years minimum of proven experience as a Dispatch Rider. A valid Rider's Permit/License. Good knowledge of Lagos and Ogun routes and traffic laws. Ability to operate and maintain a motorcycle effectively. Good communication skills in English. Must have a smartphone with Google Maps for navigation. Ability to read and write basic reports. Punctual and reliable with good time-management skills. Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
