1. Transportation of Recyclables Safely transport PET bottles, plastics, and other recyclable materials from collection points to the recycling facility. 2. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness Perform routine checks (oil, water, tire pressure) and ensure the truck is kept clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained. 3. Timely Collections & Deliveries Ensure punctual collection and delivery of materials as scheduled, following designated routes. 4. Compliance with Traffic & Safety Laws Obey all road regulations and safety protocols to prevent accidents and protect company assets. 5. Loading and Unloading Assistance Assist with the proper loading and unloading of recyclable materials, ensuring secure transport and minimal loss. 6. Logbook and Report Keeping Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, routes, and any incidents or delays during trips.

Responsibilities

1. Valid driver’s license: must possess a valid nigerian driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class used (e.G. Trucks, pickups). 2. Minimum education: at least ssce/waec certificate. 3. Driving experience: minimum of 2 years experience driving in a similar role, preferably in logistics or recycling operations. 4. Clean driving record: no history of major accidents, reckless driving, or road law violations.
