• Safely transport company staff, products, and documents to various destinations as instructed. • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. • Conduct regular maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues promptly. • Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times. • Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption. • Support administrative tasks, such as filing documents, photocopying, and sorting correspondence. • Run office errands, including delivering documents, picking up supplies, and handling bank transactions. • Assist with the organization and maintenance of office spaces.

Responsibilities

Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Good knowledge of Lagos routes, • Basic communication and writing skills. • Ability to multitask and work independently. • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. Preferred Qualities: • Previous experience as a driver or office assistant. • Willingness to handle minor handyman tasks if necessary.
