Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assemble products according to specifications Monitor production lines and report any issues or malfunctions Package finished products and prepare them for shipment Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow health and safety regulations at all times Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Maintain accurate production records and logs as required.

Responsibilities

Requirements: Minimum of SSCE/High School Diploma Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage Ability to operate basic machinery and tools Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
