-Oversee daily operations of the tailoring factory. -Ensure timely production of high-quality garments. -Manage and coordinate the workflow among tailors and other staff. -Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products. -Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. -Implement and monitor quality control procedures. -Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. -Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. -Train and mentor new employees. -Address and resolve any issues that arise in the production process.

Responsibilities

-Proven experience as a Tailoring Factory Manager or similar role. -Strong knowledge of garment production processes. -Excellent leadership and organizational skills. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Basic computer skills for inventory and production management. -Knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
