📋 What You’ll Do Provide consulting services on human resources and recruiting strategies Advise clients on management consulting, business strategy, and operational efficiency Offer sales consulting and training programs for growth and performance improvement Coach organizations on agile methodologies and drive organizational change Deliver online tutoring and instructional support in various subjects Develop engaging and effective course curricula and learning materials Lead corporate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to boost employee performance Provide career and executive coaching to help individuals achieve professional growth
Responsibilities
1. Expertise in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies Ability to advise on employee relations, compensation, and organizational development 2. Experience advising on business strategies and operational efficiency Ability to assess and improve management practices for organizational growth 3. Providing training to enhance sales teams’ performance Coaching on sales strategies, lead generation, and closing techniques 4. Guiding organizations through agile transformations and change management 5. Providing instructional support in various subjects, especially for corporate learning Ability to develop engaging learning materials and course content 6. Creating impactful course curricula, training programs, and learning resources 7. Leading corporate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve team skills 8. Providing one-on-one coaching to individuals for professional growth and development
Requirements & Skills
Education level minimum: bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, management, or a related field alternative: proven experience in hr consulting, management coaching, or training roles, along with a strong track record in developing talent and driving business results
