Learning from our media experts: Observing experienced photographer, videographer, editors and learning from them. Building a portfolio: Creating a portfolio for the company. Assisting with marketing: etiquette, marketing, and reel creation. General office tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments. Learning about different types of photography: gaining experience in different areas of photography and and performing basic editing, while also learning about the industry and leadership.

Responsibilities

Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for either photography/Videography is essential. Basic knowledge of editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or PremierPro is a plus. Lighting Knowledge: Understanding basic lighting setups and techniques can be helpful. Technical Skills: Familiarity with photography equipment and software is a plus. Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients is crucial. Organizational Skills: Being able to manage your time and tasks efficiently is important. Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a desire to learn new skills are highly valued. Access to a laptop and camera: Access to these tools is a plus.

Requirements & Skills

Education: A degree or coursework in photography or a related field can be an advantage. But not compulsory.
