1. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks. 2. Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients as needed for meal preparation. 3. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. 4. Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items. 5. Help with basic cooking tasks, such as stirring, mixing, and seasoning. 6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area throughout shifts. 7. Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients. 8. Dispose of trash, empty bins, and clean up spills as they occur. 9. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. 10. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

1. Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting (preferred, but not always required). 2. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. 3. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. 4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. 5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds). 6. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 8. Flexibility to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed. 9. Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs and kitchen supervisors. 10. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
