Key Responsibilities: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Replace used amenities, towels, and linens with fresh supplies. Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, toiletries, minibar items, coffee, and writing materials. Empty trash containers and ensure rooms are free from debris. Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items. Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, elevators, lobbies, restrooms, and lounge areas. Ensure carts, trolleys, and housekeeping closets are well-stocked, organized, and clean. Respond to guest requests promptly, such as providing extra linens, pillows, or toiletries. Adhere to hotel security and safety procedures, including key control and guest privacy.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a laundry role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting, is an advantage but not required. Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment. Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads. Attention to detail, especially when inspecting and handling different fabric types. Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of washing chemicals and cleaning supplies. Ability to work independently and with a team. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
