Maintain records of incoming and outgoing orders for audiovisual products, including interactive whiteboards, flat panels, and other modern teaching aids. Prepare and process invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders for customers and suppliers. Compile sales, inventory, and performance reports for submission to head office. Track inventory levels of audiovisual products, tools, and accessories; flag low stock items for replenishment. Manage petty cash for minor branch expenses and maintain accurate financial records. Support the finance team by collecting and recording payments from clients or partners. Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, inquiries, and complaints regarding products or services and demo coordination Oversee the arrangement and cleanliness of the showroom or display areas to ensure an appealing environment for customers. Welcome and guide visitors, including corporate partners or suppliers on the product knowledge
Responsibilities
Education: Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Certification in IT-related fields or audiovisual technology is an advantage. Experience: 1–2years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or supply chain business. Experience working with inventory management systems is a plus. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment, such as interactive whiteboards and flat panels, or willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of the local language is a bonus. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Other Requirements: Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor. Strong customer service orientation.
