📋 What You’ll Do Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes to ensure accurate financial records Provide tax preparation and consulting services for clients and organizations Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business strategy Manage CFO-level tasks and offer fractional finance management services Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Implement and optimize ERP systems for financial operations Provide specialized accounting services for cryptocurrency and blockchain businesses

Responsibilities

1. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS), and bookkeeping practices. Proficient in managing and reconciling financial statements, ledgers, and accounts. 2. Ability to perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Skilled in creating financial models to support strategic decision-making. 3. Experience in preparing tax returns and providing consulting on tax strategies. Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations. 4. Proficiency in ERP systems to manage and streamline financial operations. Familiarity with financial software for accounting, payroll, and compliance. 5. Experience with payroll systems and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 6. In-depth knowledge of audit processes and financial regulatory compliance. Experience ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. 7. Familiarity with accounting for cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain businesses, and digital assets.

Requirements & Skills

Education level: bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field (required). Professional certifications (preferred but not required):
