* Oversee the feeding, and harvesting of fish to ensure optimal growth and production. * Monitor water quality, temperature, and oxygen levels to maintain a healthy aquatic environment. * Implement disease prevention and biosecurity measures, including administering medications when necessary. * Supervise and train farm workers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity. * Manage the procurement and proper storage of fish feed, equipment, and supplies. * Maintain accurate records of stock levels, growth rates, mortality rates, and production data. * Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and profitability. * Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

* Bachelor’s degree in aquaculture, fisheries management, agriculture, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in fish farming or aquaculture management. * Strong knowledge of fish species, breeding techniques, and disease prevention. * Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Willingness to work in an outdoor and physically demanding environment. * Basic knowledge of financial and business management related to farm operations. * Must live in the farm
