• Respond to customer inquiries via CRM and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, email, etc.) • Offer products and help customers choose the right spare parts • Work with Google Sheets and Bitrix24 CRM (training provided) • Build long-term relationships with clients, provide support, and generate repeat business • Process incoming leads and follow up with previous customers • Keep daily activity and performance records

Responsibilities

• Sales experience is a strong advantage • Basic understanding of construction machinery or at least cars • Responsible, proactive, and fast communicator • Quick learner (product training and support will be provided) • Conversational English (other languages are a plus) • Interest in working in international trade and a fast-paced team • Having a laptop or personal computer is required for this position. Mobile phones are not sufficient for performing work tasks.
