We're seeking an experienced Operations and Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* - Oversee office operations, manage supplies/equipment, and supervise administrative staff. - Draft and customize quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients. - Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team. - Build strong relationships with clients, identify customer needs, and develop customer retention strategies. - Investigate and resolve customer complaints, collaborate with the technical team, and improve operational efficiency. - Prepare and submit regular reports, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Supervise and motivate teams, provide guidance and support. - Manage operational expenses, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
