Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies to increase engagement, retention, and conversions. Manage end-to-end email campaign creation (copywriting, design coordination, segmentation, scheduling, a/b testing, and analytics). Optimize deliverability, open rates, and ctr using industry best practices. Maintain and clean email lists; ensure gdpr and can-spam compliance. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and branding. Monitor key kpis and produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

✅ requirements: you must have the capacity to work remotely minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing (campaign creation, automation, analytics). Proficiency in email marketing tools or platforms. Solid knowledge of email automation, list segmentation, personalization, and a/b testing. Strong grasp of email deliverability, compliance, and audience targeting. Excellent written english and copywriting skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into strategies. 💡 bonus skills: experience with ecommerce, saas, or b2b email funnels. Basic html/css for email templates. Familiarity with crms and customer journey mapping.
