Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adherence. Fill holes, cracks, and imperfections in surfaces with appropriate materials like putty or spackling. 2. Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure even and consistent application of paint and finish materials. Apply multiple coats of paint when necessary and ensure proper drying times between coats.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials. Ability to operate painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Good eye for detail and color accuracy. Physical stamina and strength to handle long hours of standing, bending, and lifting. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
