Responsibilities: • Ensure every customer feels valued, satisfied, and appreciated at all times. • Send thoughtful messages to clients for birthdays, holidays, and thank-you notes. • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to maintain strong, lasting relationships. • Create and distribute gift packages, loyalty rewards, and festive incentives. • Develop strategies to retain customers and make them loyal to the DEKORAJ brand. • Organize awards, recognitions, and internal promotions for both staff and clients. • Oversee staff welfare including birthdays, achievements, and workplace morale. • Manage procurement of all office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, company events, and internal communications. • Suggest new ideas and improvements to support DEKORAJ’s growth and customer success.

Requirements & Strategic Skills: • Proven experience in customer service, HR, or office operations. • Emotionally intelligent and genuinely compassionate toward people. • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. • Strategic thinker with ability to craft customer loyalty and retention plans. • Creative mindset for designing gifts, rewards, and customer engagement tactics. • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills.

Requirements & Skills

A minimum of hnd or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, or related field. • 1–3 years experience in customer service, office administration, hr, or similar roles. • excellent written and verbal english communication skills. • proficiency in using microsoft office, email platforms, and messaging tools like whatsapp. • strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • certification in customer relationship management (crm) or hr (optional but an added advantage).
