We are currently hiring an Office Receptionist and Secretary, each with distinct responsibilities. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers in a professional manner, taking their orders, recording the details accurately, and ensuring each transaction is completed. The Secretary will handle administrative duties such as managing the office schedules, organizing and responding to correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Additionally, the Secretary will assist with filing, record-keeping, and document preparation, as well as provide general support to the office staff and management to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should intelligent, smart, open-minded, honest, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and colleagues. Strong organizational abilities are required to manage tasks efficiently, while attention to detail is crucial for accurate order recording and administrative duties. The candidate must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Familiarity with handling payments and maintaining records is also preferred.
