Prepare local dishes (like jollof rice, egusi soup, fried rice, okro, etc.) Prepare small foreign or intercontinental meals (like spaghetti, chips, etc.) Clean and arrange the kitchen daily Make sure food is cooked on time and served hot Plan meals and assist in shopping for kitchen items Store food properly and avoid waste Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in all cooking areas Assist in packing orders if it’s for delivery or outdoor service Report when kitchen items are running low

Must know how to cook very well Must be clean, neat, and presentable Must be respectful and ready to learn Must be able to work under pressure Must have good time management Must be honest and trustworthy Ability to multitask is a plus Past experience in cooking or catering is an advantage Must live close to mission road, Dawson road, Forestry or be willing to relocate
