About the Role: We are looking for a smart, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Online Sales & Fulfillment Assistant. If you’re tech-savvy, love fashion, and enjoy working independently, this role might be perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify trending fashion products online (clothing, shoes, accessories, etc.) Create and manage online listings on platforms such as Jiji, Jumia, and Konga Monitor customer inquiries and manage orders promptly When orders are placed, pick up products from partner stores Fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of inventory and order status

What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Familiarity with online marketplaces (Jiji, Jumia, Konga) Owns a smartphone and can navigate apps comfortably Reliable and proactive approach to problem-solving

Requirements & Skills

Waec certification is enough, applicant must be competent in listing products online and smart
