Key Responsibilities: • Carry out solar panel, inverter, and battery installations at customer sites. • Assist customers in-store with product inquiries and sales. • Prepare site assessments and basic load calculations when necessary. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems. • Keep inventory records and maintain display/demo units. • Support the sales team with follow-ups and client education. • Maintain a clean and professional shop and workspace. • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience with solar installations (rooftop and/or ground-mounted). • Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices. • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Minimum SSCE/OND qualification; Technical training or certification is a plus.
