Your job functions typically include: 1. Customer Service & Sales Greet and assist in-store customers, providing product recommendations. Respond to online customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. Guide customers through the purchasing process, upselling when possible. Process transactions using POS systems and e-commerce platforms. 2. Product Knowledge & Merchandising Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions. Assist with in-store merchandising, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing. Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. 3. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Assist in processing online orders, packaging, and shipping. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for both online and in-store purchases. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
