Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads Introduce and promote our products and services clearly and persuasively Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions Work closely with the field sales team to support overall sales goals Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Responsibilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus Must be result-oriented, confident, and self-motivated Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.) Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
