What You’ll Be Doing: 1. Conducting outbound calls to potential leads sourced through web scraping and other online tools 2. Using your expert communication skills to introduce our services, handle objections, and book appointments 3. Creating, managing, and updating a high-quality lead list from online sources 4. Following up with warm and cold leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp 5. Tracking performance using CRM tools or spreadsheets 6. Reporting daily/weekly progress to your supervisor 7. Meeting and exceeding your deliverables

Responsibilities

1. 5+ years experience in telemarketing or cold calling 2. Proficiency in web scraping (manual or tool-based) for lead generation 3. Comfortable speaking clearly and confidently in English 4. Ability to work independently with little supervision 5. Strong internet connection and a quiet workspace 6. Familiarity with CRM software or Google Sheets ✅ Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have): Experience targeting businesses in Nigeria Sales or lead generation experience in the digital marketing or web services industry
