Responsibilities

For secretary/customer service representatives: • minimum of ond/hnd/bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role. • strong verbal and written communication skills. • proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint). • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. • strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. For marketing/sales representatives: • minimum of ond/hnd/bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in oil & gas or energy sector). • proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. • strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • proficiency in digital marketing, crm software

Requirements & Skills

For secretary/customer service representatives: • ond/hnd/bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, secretarial studies, or any related field. • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or customer service role. • additional certifications in office management, customer relations, or administrative support are a plus. For marketing/sales representatives: • ond/hnd/bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. • certifications in sales, digital marketing, or business development are an added advantage.
