Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals. - Identify target audiences and create tailored content to engage them effectively. 2. Content Creation: - Design and produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that highlight the benefits of solar energy and our products. - Write compelling copy for posts, advertisements, and campaigns. 3. Community Management: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms. - Foster a positive community by engaging with followers and building relationships. 4. Analytics and Reporting: - Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve content strategy and engagement.

Responsibilities

Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector. - Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their audiences. - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Passion for sustainability and renewable energy is highly desirable.

Requirements & Skills

-Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the renewable energy, technology, or consumer goods sector. - Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). - Knowledge of email marketing and content marketing strategies. - Previous experience in a start-up or small business environment is a plus.
