Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers - Plan and organize menus, recipes, and food preparation to ensure consistency and quality. - Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and efficiency. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
