Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers - Plan and organize menus, recipes, and food preparation to ensure consistency and quality. - Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and efficiency. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. simultaneously - Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory control systems.
