We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor and Project Manager to oversee our team and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Additionally, they will supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance. The role also involves people management responsibilities, including talent development, leadership, and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

- *Supervisory:* - Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support - Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations - Foster a positive and productive team environment - Develop and implement team training and development programs - *Project Management:* - Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish - Define project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resources - Coordinate and manage project teams, including setting roles and responsibilities - Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage changes - Ensure project deliverables meet quality and requirements - *People Management:* - Develop and implement talent development strategies - Lead and manage teams, including coaching and mentoring - Foster a positive and inclusive work culture - Develop and implement strategic workforce plans - Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams

Requirements & Skills

- *Supervisor:* - 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role - Experience in team management, leadership, and development - *Project Manager:* - 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects - Experience in project planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure - Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques *People Management* - 5-7 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams - Experience in talent development, leadership, and strategic workforce planning - Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Master's degree in a related field
