1.Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops and provide effective solutions. 2.Perform component-level repairs on motherboards, hard drives, screens, and other parts. 3.Replace and upgrade laptop components, including RAM, SSDs, and batteries. 4.Conduct software installations, configurations, and updates. 5.Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain high service quality standards. 6.Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. 7.Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance. 8.Adhere to safety and operational guidelines while handling sensitive equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Proven experience as a Laptop Technician or similar role in a tech repair environment. 2. Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting techniques. 3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair projects. 5. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. 6. Certification in electronics or IT-related fields is a plus.

Requirements & Skills

At least 2 years of experience as a Laptop Technician or in a similar technical repair role. Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
