1. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining cctv systems and smart locks for residential and commercial clients. 2. Install cctv/Smartlock at the designated locations, ensuring proper mounting. 3. Troubleshoot Smartlock/cctv issues. 4. Configure smartlock or cctv including set up, access control, and biometric authentic. 5. Test and commission smartlock or cctv system to ensure they are functioning correctly. 6. Provide technical support. 7. Repair faulty equipment 8. Conduct site surveys for new clients etc.
