• Teach two or more of the above classes per year. • Use SEI’s provided course curriculum. This includes powerpoints, textbook, instructor notes, exercises, quizzes, etc. These materials are provided to Instructors in advance of the course to prepare. • Explain technical concepts to students of all backgrounds, ages and learning styles. • Incorporate your own personal solar installation and design experiences into the class when answering student questions. • Communicate and uphold best practices and industry standards for PV design, installation, and safety practices. • Communicate with staff and co-Instructors in preparation, implementation, and evaluation of courses. • Prepare in advance for every course by taking time to review provided slides and notes in depth.
