Key Responsibilities: Safely transport goods to designated locations within the city and surrounding areas. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, destinations, and any issues encountered. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.

Responsibilities

Proven experience as a driver, preferably with mini trucks or similar vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles. Strong knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns. Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Skills: Exceptional driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Ability to navigate using GPS and traditional maps. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing conditions. Customer service orientation to handle client interactions professionally.
