**Job Responsibilities:** **Training Programme Development and Administration:** - Conduct research to develop content and materials to support training programs as required. - Project manage the digitization of training content on designated platforms. - Responsible for training assessments, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring feedback is effectively incorporated into training design to improve the impact of training vis-à-vis business objectives. - Support client/participant/faculty correspondences via designated channels. - Responsible for invoice generation and issuance for all courses and projects. **Marketing Campaign Management and Logistics:** - Manage training program campaign marketing including creative marketing of the organisation’s open training programs via electronic means and on social media platforms. - Support the management of arrangements for all physical and virtual workspaces CTA is engaged with, including any virtual platforms being used for training.
Responsibilities
**qualifications:** - b.Sc. In business management, social science, science, or related field. - proven experience in sales, marketing, and training administration with at least 3 years hands-on experience. - above average it skills. - experience with relevant tools and platforms like zoom, teams, and crm suites. - proficient in microsoft suite: excel, word, and powerpoint. - excellent organizational and planning skills. - high level of self-drive and excellent multi-tasking skills. - excellent communication skills, both written and oratory.
