Marketing tasks - Create content, update and post information on digital media including website, facebook, linkedin, instagram, google ads and other relevant platforms Assist in designing and editing marketing materials, such as flyers, newsletters, and presentations. Help coordinate and prepare for events, trade shows, and promotions. Carry out offline and online marketing Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness. administrative duties - provide administrative support to the executive director Handle office supply orders, inventory management, and ensure smooth office operations. comes up with articles on audio visuals/ real estate every month records all stock in the office and maintain an accurate report at all times ensures that all purchases and sales or stock movement between stores are adequately recorded maintains the records of all transactions and correspondences for all suppliers and customers
Responsibilities
Requirements & skills must demonstrate track record of success as an admin/marketing manager proficient computer skills, including ms office, excel, powerpoint and virtual meeting platforms proficient in using marketing on-line tools (i.E.Canva, photoshop/graphic design, google analytics) experience and knowledgeable of current digital trends and social media platforms (e.G. Facebook, instagram, pinterest, linkedin, twitter, youtube), etc. excellent written and oral communication sound planning and organizational abilities ability to work independently and as part of a team. must be able to come up with and execute marketing ideas both online and offline proactive with ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a fast-paced and changing environment skillful in editing and copywriting duties (e.G. For social media posts, comments, digital graphics, ads, etc.) dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, independent problem solver with excellent follow-up skills
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in real estate and/or audio-visual products. Educational Background: ond, hnd, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or a related field. Creative Mindset: Ability to conceptualize and execute out-of-the-box marketing ideas. Speaking of Hausa language is an added advantage Communication and Persuasive Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, persuasion, and audience engagement. Digital Savvy: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing marketing data, interpreting trends, and applying insights to optimize strategies. Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be ready to travel at anytime Female applicants only
