You should provide compassionate patient care, including helping with daily activities such as bathing, eating, and mobility assistance. Your role includes monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any significant changes to the medical team. We need you to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. You must educate patients and their families about managing illnesses or injuries, providing clear instructions for home care when necessary.
